How early should I schedule my appointment?
Most of the time, we can provide same-day service to our clients. However, we advise that you give us a request notice in advance to ensure that you get your preferred appointment time and date.
How far in advance should I cancel my scheduled trip?
Service cancellations must be processed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and date of the trip.
Can I bring a companion?

We only allow ONE companion per patient. However, if you need more than one companion for your medical appointments, please inform us ahead of time. We may be able to make special arrangements for you.

  • Patients who are physically, mentally, or emotionally unstable
  • Patients with Alzheimer’s or dementia
